Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Personalized or custom-engraved products may require an additional 1–3 business days before shipping.

You’ll receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times

Our current estimated delivery times are:

United States: 5–7 business days
Canada and European Union: 5–12 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly based on destination, carrier delays, or peak seasons (such as holidays).

Shipping Locations

We ship most orders from our fulfillment facilities located in Florida, Nevada, or Michigan (USA).
Orders are routed automatically to the nearest facility with available inventory to ensure the fastest delivery possible.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment online.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Holiday & Peak Season Delays

During high-volume periods such as holidays, delivery times may extend slightly due to increased carrier traffic.
We appreciate your patience and recommend placing orders early to ensure on-time arrival.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping details before completing checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we cannot guarantee delivery. In most cases, the package will be returned to us, and we’ll reach out to arrange reshipment (additional postage may apply).

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at Support@EternaLoveGift.com.
